If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Items must be free from perfume, makeup, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
• For hygiene and quality reasons, items must be returned in their original JABIHNOOR protective poly bag and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
